We collect the information you provide directly through our inquiry, contact, and Memory Vault support forms — including your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the event details you share with us.

At events, we create photographs of guests who take part in the experience. Those photographs may be stored privately and made available to guests of that event through the Memory Vault™.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the experience you booked, operate the Memory Vault™, fulfill keepsake orders, and provide support.

We do not sell personal information.

Event photographs are stored in a private, access-controlled location. Access to an event gallery requires the private code issued for that event.

Photographs are retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the event gallery, fulfill orders, resolve support requests, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. When they are no longer needed, they may be deleted or securely archived.

Keepsake orders are completed securely through Square. Payment card details are handled by Square and are not stored by Echoes.

This site may use essential browser storage to support features such as the entrance animation and Memory Vault access experience. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
