Memory Vault™ Terms

The Memory Vault™ is available only to guests of participating events, using the private access code issued for that event. Codes should not be shared publicly.

Event photographs are generally uploaded within approximately 24 hours after the event.

Memory Vault access remains available for 15 days from the date the gallery is activated.

Downloads are enabled by the event host for each Memory Vault, so availability varies by event. When downloads are enabled, the option appears inside the Echo Gallery™.

Downloaded photographs are for personal use unless the event host or Echoes team provides different written permission.

Reorders are available when the event host has enabled them. Available keepsake types vary by event.

Additional keepsakes are generally produced within 4–5 business days.

Checkout is completed securely through Square.

Pickup or shipping options may vary by event and are shown during ordering or checkout.

Because additional keepsakes are personalized, changes, refunds, and replacements are reviewed case by case. Contact Echoes promptly if an item arrives damaged or does not match your order.

If your code does not work, check for extra spaces and confirm the gallery is still within its access window. If it still does not open, use the Memory Vault support form or email livarastudio@gmail.com.
