How the Vault Works

  • Event photographs are generally uploaded within approximately 24 hours after the event.

  • Memory Vault access remains available for 15 days from the date the gallery is activated.

  • Additional keepsakes are generally produced within 4–5 business days.

  • Checkout is completed securely through Square.

Downloads and reorder options are enabled per event by the host, so availability varies.
