Echoes is a guided live experience, not a station guests wander past. Every part of it — the welcome, the moment, the making, the handoff — is designed to feel considered.

The Welcome
Guests are greeted personally and introduced to the experience. Nobody is handed a clipboard or pointed toward a line — the invitation feels like part of the celebration, because it is.

The Moment
A meaningful portrait or candid moment is created or selected according to the event's experience format. Our team guides posture, grouping, and timing so the image feels like the people in it.

The Making
The chosen memory is carefully prepared and transformed into a personalized keepsake — checked for finish, alignment, and detail before it ever leaves our hands.

The Handoff
The finished Echo is presented in person. It is the closing gesture of the experience: a memory made an hour ago, already something to hold.

After the Event
The Echo Keeps Going
Guests of participating events can revisit their event inside the private Memory Vault™.
Event photographs are generally uploaded within approximately 24 hours after the event.
Memory Vault access remains available for 15 days from the date the gallery is activated.
Additional keepsakes are generally produced within 4–5 business days.
Checkout is completed securely through Square.
The moment happens once. The Echo lets it live on.
