Echoes by Livara is a live memory experience. During your event, meaningful moments are captured or selected, transformed into personalized physical keepsakes we call Echoes, and presented to guests before the night is over.

Is Echoes a photo booth?

No. There is no backdrop to stand behind and no strip of prints. Echoes is a guided experience led by our team, built around the people in the room and the keepsake they take home.

Does Echoes replace my event photographer?

No. Echoes complements your event photography and guest experience. It is not intended to replace your professional photographer.

What types of events do you serve?

Weddings, corporate events, brand activations, birthdays, quinceañeras, baptisms, showers, anniversaries, reunions, community events, festivals and markets, school and nonprofit events, and private gatherings.

How does the live experience work?

Guests are welcomed and guided through the selected experience. A meaningful moment is created or selected, prepared as a personalized Echo, reviewed by our team, and presented in person during the event.

Yes. Experience format, guest flow, personalization, coverage, and keepsake options are customized according to the event's needs and confirmed in your proposal.

How far in advance should I inquire?

Earlier is always better, particularly for weekend dates in peak season. Availability and lead time are confirmed during the proposal process.

Is my date reserved when I submit the inquiry form?

No. Submitting the inquiry form does not reserve your date. Availability and booking are confirmed only after you receive and accept a proposal and complete the required booking steps.

Do you travel?

Echoes is based in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and is available for select travel events. Travel availability is confirmed during the proposal process.

Do you need electricity or Wi-Fi?

Most experiences require access to power. Wi-Fi is helpful but not always required. Final requirements are confirmed for your specific event during the proposal process.

How long does it take to receive an Echo during an event?

For live experiences, guests generally receive their Echo during the event, within minutes of their moment. Timing varies with guest flow and the experience selected, and is not identical at every event.

What is the Memory Vault™?

The Memory Vault™ is a private space where guests of participating events can revisit available photographs from that event using a private access code, and order additional keepsakes.

When will my event photographs be available?

Event photographs are generally uploaded within approximately 24 hours after the event.

How long will my Memory Vault remain active?

Accepted Answer

Access remains available for 15 days from the date the event gallery is activated. After that, the vault closes.

Can I order additional keepsakes?

Yes, when the event host has enabled reorders. Available keepsake types vary by event and are shown inside that event's Memory Vault.

How long do additional orders take?

Additional keepsakes are generally produced within 4–5 business days. Pickup or shipping options may vary by event and are shown during ordering or checkout.

What if my access code does not work?

Check the code for extra spaces and confirm the gallery is still within its access window. If it still does not open, contact Echoes through the Memory Vault support form and we will help.

Can I download my photographs?

Downloads are enabled by the event host for each Memory Vault, so availability varies by event. When downloads are enabled, the option appears inside the Echo Gallery™.

Who pays for the Echoes experience?

Booking and guest-payment arrangements vary by event. Some experiences are fully hosted, while others may include guest-purchase options. The format is confirmed in the event proposal.

Can Echoes include our event or company branding?

Yes. Depending on the selected experience, keepsake design and presentation can be customized to complement event branding, colors, or approved company assets.

What keepsakes may be available for reordering?
